Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Malakand started working for the improvement of education and holds exams at the end of year in the government and private schools and colleges affiliated with Malakand Board. BISE Malakand manages the annual exams of matric class part 1 and SSC part 2 annual exams in March while Malakand Board issues matric class part 1 date sheet and 10th class date sheet in the month of February.

Malakand Board also holds the FA/FSc part 1 annual exams and HSSC part 2 annual exams in April every year while Intermediate date sheet and HSSC roll number slips of the candidates of BISE Malakand HSSC part 1 and FA/FSc part 2 is issued during March with complete information. Malakand Board is responsible to conduct the annual exams of 11th class and 12th class in the districts of Lower Dir, Upper Dir and Malakand regions. Malakand Board takes three months in the preparation of the FA/FSc annual exams result and HSSC Part 2 final term exams result, which is also uploaded on the official website of BISE Malakand Board.
